Hi, We have installed ‘WordPress Users & WooCommerce Customers Import Export(BASIC) Version 2.1.8 | By WebToffee’ and the problem is the exported CSV from the website is producing incorrect User role results.

    For example, below:
Drupal: XYZ is a Legacy Customer with 5% Personal Discount
WooCommerce site manual look up: XYZ is a ‘Legacy_05’. Missing ‘Customer’ tag.
WooCommerce downloaded CSV report: XYZ is a ‘customer_legacy’. Missing the value ’05’

    Another example:
Drupal: ABC is a Legacy Customer with 10% Personal Discount
WooCommerce site manual look up: ABC is a ‘Legacy_10’. Missing ‘Customer’ tag.
WooCommerce downloaded CSV report: ABC is a ‘distributor_legacy_10’. ‘Distributor’ tag is extra which is not present on WC site.

Please let me know if there is an easy fix for this?

    Hi @harmank90,

Please share your exported CSV file via support and mention whether you are using any third-party plugins on your site related to user roles. You may please remove user-sensitive data from the CSV file before sharing it.

    Hi,

We are using the “PublishPress Capabilities” plugin to define User roles.
It has a ‘Name’ field and a ‘Role’ field.
For example, ‘Name’ is Legacy 35 —> for which ‘Role’ field is set at ‘distributor_legacy_35’.

Our desired value for User roles is the ‘Name’ field, but the Export CSV is pulling only the ‘Role’ field and thereby giving us erroneous report.

There are 4 such confusing roles on our CA and US WooCommerce websites. Is there a way for the Export Plugin to pull even the ‘Name’ field from “PublishPress Capabilities” plugin?

    Hi @harmank90,

If you are using any third-party plugin to create custom fields for users then it will be stored as metadata. Exporting and importing custom fields of users is one of our premium features.
Please check out our pro version plugin to export those details to the CSV file.
