Exported CSV File Is Empty

    We have installed this plugin in a 4.9.6 instance.
    We tried to export users to CSV file however it didn’t list any data rather than table column headers in CSV file.

    Any ideas?

    The plugin is tested OK with WP 4.9.6. Could you please check whether you have not selected any roles that are not available. Please try exporting with All roles in the settings.

    Thank you, I’ve resolved the problem by comparing roles against users. It looks we have many roles with no user assigned for this role. I hope this info helps for other users of this plugin.

    Hi @idumlupinar,

    You can keep User Roles field blank to export all users under all available roles.
