Export worked but not import

1. I just posted a status update with a picture attached on my site and clicked to export it to twitter, the status was posted but not the image.(I’m using rtmedia if that helps)
2. I posted a status update with a picture on twitter, it didn’t show up on my site. I also tried the same on instagram and it did not show up either
I don’t know if it’s an issue with crons, I went to my cron manager, created a new cron, named it buddystream, added the cron line that was in my buddystream settings to my cron manager command line, set the frequency to hourly and minutes to 10.
