Export with .txt and .doc format

but these files are .csv, and I need to export these same files in .txt and .doc. There is a any chance to do that?

Unfortunately, we don’t currently have support for .txt or .doc as export file types in users/orders exports.

That said, you could use custom code and our API to convert the CSV to those file types. Here’s the hook you’d want to use and an example of how to grab the file so you can make changes to it: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/developers/code-snippets/#move-export-file-after-export.
