Export weight based shipping filled table

Hello, I wonder is there a possibility to export weight based shipping table once filled with data? To be more clear, I mean the table with complete shipping rules. I have to raise all shipping prices by 20%..
So I first thought of exporting them to a table for easier input later, and I know that they cannot be updated automatically in the plugin…
