Export users empty

    I’m having problems with exporting users. No matter what role, date, parameters etc. I select the downloaded file size is 4 bytes and does not contain any data.

    Ive checked the server error logs and there are no errors. Any idea why the export isn’t working?

    I’d appreciate some help with this please because I am at a loss.

    Have you tried to deactivate all the other plugins and activate a standard theme? Then you can do a test and check what’s happening.

    Hello

    Thank you for getting back to me. I have disabled all of the plugins apart from this one and changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-four.

    This issue is still there.

    Then it seems that there is something in your hosting that is creating the problem.

    The way it works is a JS script that makes ajax calls that fill the csv file, which is finally downloaded.

    Could there be a security mechanism that is generating the problem?

    I can’t think of anything else
