Export user first name ‘June’ converted to date

    Hello,

    I exported my site users using the plugin and, for whatever reasons, the plugin wrote the user first name ‘June’ as ‘2021-06-02 00:00:00’. Seems like a bug.

    Noting that disabling the ‘Convert timestamp data to date format’ option still produces the same result.

    Hi @chamois_blanc,

    The issue you are facing might be because the delimiter in the CSV file and the one chosen in your spreadsheet application are different. The plugin exports the CSV file with comma as the delimiter. Please makes sure that you choose comma as the delimiter when opening the file in your spreadsheet viewer.

    Please try using a spreadsheet application like LibreOffice in which there is an option to choose delimiter when opening the CSV file.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response. I checked the exported CSV from the terminal and saw the date there instead of the first name, so it does not have anything to do with the spreadsheet viewer.

    Let me know if you find the root cause.

    Hi @chamois_blanc,

    Can you please share the exported CSV file via support? You may please remove user-sensitive data from the file before sharing it.
