    Hi, I’m trying to export data which is created with event Manager Pro.
    Something is wrong as NO data except Email is transfered.
    I’m using MC4WP Pro.

    ?UserSync will not touch subscription status, it will only sync data for already subscribed users.
    ?
    To subscribe a user we recommend using one of our other integrations such as the WordPress Registration Integration you can find under MailChimp for WP > Integrations.

    Hi, I’m using the Event Manager Pro Integration.
    Currently I’m trying to synchronize the following fields.

    I can map all fields except “kurs”. I cannot find the field in the database. Not sure why…

    Currently the plugin does not synchronize any data at all using the API.

    Hi,

    Since UserSync is a premium feature I assume you have a license for Premium support?

    If so, please contact us via support @ mc4wp .com, you can simply put a link to this thread in the email so you don’t have to type it out again.

    Note that as said above, if the emails are not yet subscribed to MailChimp usersync will not add them, as usersync will not change subscription status, it will only keep fields in sync for already subscribed emails.
