I have exported the database for publication and some of the text fields are being truncated. See “Gurley” as the Surname in the database for an example. It’s fine on the screen, but when exported to CSV, it is truncated at “Susan C. was born in Wil”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I would suggest you take a look at the CSV using a plain text editor to see if it is that way in the CSV file. There is no reason why a value would be truncated in the CSV, unless the data was something like several megabytes long.

Typically, problems like this are in the way the CSV file is imported or displayed by another application, such as a spreadsheet. Checking the CSV file directly will show you where the problem is.

Thank you! I wasn’t looking directly at the CSV, but at how it mail-merged with Microsoft Word. It is the merging that is cutting the data. My apologies and thanks for your help!
