Export to Excel Issue

    I have an order database with 6000++ entries.
    Right now, I’m having issue exporting to excel.
    When export to excel is clicked, the page stays loading until timeout.
    Also, Order Number stopped showing up on the Orders page.
    I can only see an empty space on the Order Number column, thus not able to click into the order details.

    After consulting with web hosting provider, they said it happened because the export process took up too much server resources and I had to upgrade web hosting temporarily to export the files. However, after completing the export process, I can’t find the column for Order Location.

    Hi @seyren,

    Could you try exporting to Excel again and see if the issue still occurs? Maybe something went wrong during that export on the server side.

    Does the issue occur when you export to CSV?

    In the event that it still does not work, could you send us an email, containing a sample of this export, at [email protected] ? Perhaps this can help us understand the issue better. Please make sure to refer to this thread.
