Export to csv without hidden fields and width issue of visibility popup window

1. There should be an option to exclude hide fields when export entries to csv.

2. The fixed width of the popup window of fields visibility toggle is not good, 350px is not suitable for my situation(400px is ok). You may need to find a better solution to ajust the width to the max content.
