Export to csv overwrites fields that have the same name

    When you create a form with two pages and each page has a field named “X”, there is no warning like “don’t use the same name in one form”. You can even fill in the two fields and see the results of both – no problem. But when you try to export them to csv, you only get one coloum named “X” with the results of the second field. The first one is not displayed.
