Export Tickets

    Hi,

    I am using this plugin works perfectly on my wordpress site with version 4.6.1

    But, now its time to export tickets created to any format, how do export tickets data?

    Hi,
    sorry for the late reply. You could use Tools > Export to export the tickets as an XML file. This is currently the only format available.
