    Hello Team

We are looking to export a ticket as a pdf document. This is very handy when needing to share communication yet not provide access to the system e.g. PayPal disputes.

Currently there is not way to export tickets in a presentable way.

  • Hi @stefanpieter

Thank you for reaching out. There are two options to do it.

1 – User WP All export to export ticket data.

2 – On your WP dashboard, click on the tickets>All tickets, then hover the cursor over the ticket title and then click on print, and then click on print button at the bottom of the page, make sure your printer is not connected, select save as PDF from the print option on the right side and then save it.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Regards

It seems like the print function is not working as when the print button is clicked nothing happens.
