    Could you please use report issue button in the plugin in order to better track the issue progress and resolve it quickly.

    why? don’t you want people to see your plugin is beset with issues that waste hours of peoples time because it only works in certain conditions which you don’t even know yourself?

    We tried to help you in our support, I can post the content of your ticket if you like.
    You decided to move on and to find another solution – I respect that.

    The reason the plugin didn’t work in your case was that there were media files that were very large in size. Instead of telling you right away that very large files are supported in the unlimited extension, we wanted to help you move your website by excluding these large media files.

    As I said in the support ticket, I am sorry we were not of more help to you.
