I was able to export 40 posts as individual DOCX files in two ZIP archives. After that the ZIP files created are empty (1KB) and cannot be opened.
    I tried:

    • deactivating/reactivating the plug-in
    • uninstalling / re-installing
    • deleting all files uploaded to Aspose Cloud account<

    Still doesn’t work.
It was nice while it lasted!
    Any suggestions?
    Thanks.

The Plugin export a post as a .docx document. Even if you select multiple posts, the plugin will export them as a single .docx document. The plugin has nothing to do with ZIP archives.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Please ignore the last reply. The plugin provides an option to export posts as individual .docx files in an archived format. We are trying to reproduce the issue on our end and will shortly update you about our findings.

We are not able to reproduce the issue on our end. The plugin successfully exported 19 posts as individual .docx files in an archived format.

Thanks, but I found the problem. It’s the limitations of the free Aspose Cloud service that you have to sign up for to get the required SID & Key. Free accounts get a certain amount of “Credits” that are used up as DOCX files are exported and uploaded to cloud storage.

My credits were used up after the first 40 documents, even though there was plenty of storage available.

We would need to pay $99 and provide credit card authorization to continue exporting docs. You should state this in your plugin page!

Since we only need this as one-time use for one small blog, we’re unwilling to pay that fee. I just copied the remaining 45 posts to Word manually.

    Thanks anyway.

Sure we will update the Plugin Description with this information.
