Export Reviews

Hi Support
The export reviews took quite some time to populate because I ahve more than 10000 reviews. Once it is populated, I clicked on download. The download always lose connection. When I press resume, the file has less than 0 bytes. How do I resolve this issue? Is the file populated somewhere in my server? Can I manually down it again via ftp? Or is this issue related to erver timeout?
