Export results in empty xml files

  • My site: sherreymeyer.com

    I am attempting to export blog posts in a selected date range (May 2016 – June 2012). There is a small amount of information identifying the blog and other technological information. Nothing appears that is post-related. I have tried this several times with the same result. Any help will be appreciated.

    FYI, I used the export tool just a few days ago and it worked like a fine-tuned machine. Other than a Windows update nothing on my computer or site has changed since then.

  • On a hunch, I tried EXACTLY what you said. And got the same result!

    The Start Date must be BEFORE (or the same as) the End Date. Otherwise, you get an XML file with nothing interesting in it.

    Once you have it working, would you like to report it as a Bug, or would you like me to?

    Thank you for your reply. I’ll try again making certain my dates begin BEFORE the end date. When I’ve attempted this, I’ll get back to you so you can report it as a Bug.
