Export problem – No menu title in custom menu

  • I exported my site by going to Tools>Export
    And than Import again it to another WP setup but there is no menu.

    So I checked the XML file and found that the title tag is empty for all menu links. My original site contains Custom Menu for Primary menu.

    Under <item> the title tag is empty like this:
    <title></title>

    Is this a bug?
