    Hi
    Using your plugin Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce with great pleasure and was happy to find this plugin to import export reviews.
    I installed it on a staging site and the export csv file looks good but when I exported from the live site, the csv file looks not good. It contains only one column with gibrish letters and without any title like should be and like I saw in the staging site.
    What could be the reason and how to fix it?

    Could you please share with us the exported CSV file so that we can check it. You may please share it with us via support.

    Thanks to @webtoffee for the great support.
    Used the free software LibreOffice and the file (same file) looks good.

    After that I had another problem that the import showed a grey screen and nothing was happening.
    As @webtoffee’s suggestion, I turned off other plugins and found out that reCaptcha by BestWebSoft plugin made the problem.
