Export page?

I installed the plugin and network activated it..
Yet I don’t see any new menu appearing in individual site’s admin nor the network admin…Maybe a little more documentation then “just install” is needed for idiots like me…
Also, should I upload the media files BEFORE importing or AFTER importing?
