Export orders with Custom columns and filters

Hello!

I am using this plugin for quite some time now and I am really satisfied with it. I now encountered a situation where I have to export my orders in a table similar as below:

Customer_Name | Product_Category1 | Product_Category2 | Product_Category3

The products of the categories and their ordered quantites would be in their respective column.

Is there any way to provide such filters and layout for an exported order, and how could that be done?
