Export order items and products no longer works

The export of order items and products is no longer started. After clicking the button, you are asked where the file should be saved, but the download does not start. Check internet connection is displayed in the download window of the browser. I can then start the download there, but the format is no longer correct.
Exporting orders still works.
I have already deactivated all plugins, unfortunately without success.
