Export options missing

Hello,
I’m using WordPress 4.1 and am trying to export certain posts. Reading online, my understanding is that after clicking Tools>Export in wp-admin, the export options should look something like this:

https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

(I do note this is WordPress.com)

However, the only options I can see in my localhost installation are:

Choose what to export:
* All content
* Posts
* Pages

And then there is the download export file button. There are no options to export a category or author etc.

Am I missing something? Or is there an up-to-date plugin I can use to provide these options? I couldn’t find any, but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist.
