Export of data

Hi Lars,

The plugin offers two kind of exports:
(1) Full table
(2) Selected rows (from a search)

(1) This options is available from the Data Explorer main page > Manage table > Actions tab. I believe you already found it.

(2) To export selected rows, go to the Data Explorer, find your table, click on the Explore link of your table, select the rows you want to export, select your preferred export type from the bulk listbox and click Apply.

If the second option is not available on your Data Explorer table pages, you might have disabled it in the plugin settings. You can find more information about these here:

Ahh, got it. It was (2) and select the dropdown “bulk actions”

Is it possible to grant access to the Data Explorer via another user role as Admin ? I think here of a user role like subscriber + access to “WP Admin Access”

It is possible to give non admin users access to specific tables, but you need to to write some PHP code. You can find an example here:

Another plugin user was asking the same question yesterday. I have an idea how to make this available for plugin users with no PHP experience as well. Let me know if you have no PHP experience. I can send you a message when the new feature is available. Hopefully this week…

I have plenty of PHP experience ?? I will try to mock around with the provided script. I will gladly appreciate if it is made an option in the plugin. That would be great.
