Export not working

Hi, we have 3 Forminator forms on this site and recently we’ve been getting slammed with 30+ spam emails a day even with the ReCaptcha included. I tried to export the submissions to see if an IP was included in the data so I could block it but the export doesn’t contain any data at all… only the characters ?a?

All 3 form exports are the same.
