Export not complete

  • Hi, I m using your export for a few months.
    Every thing was working great, but for a few weeks, the exports don’t include all my users.
    I tried several times, and the export is never the same (can be 9Mb, 15Mb…)
    I have no errors displayed.
    When I look at the logs, I think the error related is this one :
    [error] mod_fcgid: process /var/www/cgi-bin/cgi_wrapper/cgi_wrapper(20285) exit(communication error), get unexpected signal 11
    Would you have an idea ?

    For the functionality to change, something else must have changed also – such as the WP version or on the server – perhaps a PHP upgrade.

    I’m not sure I see a connection to the mod_fcgid error.

    Keep checking logs and try to confirm what else has changed to help locate the problem.

    I certainly changed WP version… I m actually on 4.4.2 version.
    For PHP, no upgrade, I tried with PHP 5.3 and 5.6 (can switch with Plesk)

    Among what I read on the web, this mod_fcgid error, is often related with APC Cache… but this extension is not enabled on my server.

    Continue to investigate, but not a lot of ideas ! :/
