Export non-english language problem :(

    Hi, thanks for the great plugin,

    I have the language problem, I can’t export all Thai language, it comes out the weird character which it can’t be readable…

    I also want to export the order daily, if it export out to be Thai language and can be readable (product, category, order…) I will buy the exporter delux… please help me

  • Hi pearwcz, what program are you opening your export with? UTF-8 should work fine with your character set but you can configure this via the Settings tab under Encoding, also when opening the export file with Excel please make sure to open a new spreadsheet then go Data > Import from file and set the Encoding to UTF-8 or your preferred encoding set on the Settings tab of our Plugin. ??

    Hi! Thanks for your reply, I can export to my language now!

    but there is still the problem with importer at the moment, i am waiting for the new update as your reply on
