Export means like copy and not move?

Yes, “export” is to create a backup or make a copy of your site.
Some users just use the plugin to back up their sites but some use these backups (exported files) to be imported using our “import” functionality into their new sites/servers.

Just tried it out but felt fooled when I tried to set an export to place and no one works without buying a plugin for 49$. ??
Perhaps it is not as serious as BackWPup?

I’m not sure, but it seems like you are trying to export your data to an offsite location like Google Drive or Amazon. If that is the case, I believe they do charge for that functionality.

However, if you are simply trying to move (export) files and data from one location to another (import), you can easily do it with this plugin. What I’d recommend doing is the following:
1. Within your admin area click on the “All-in-One” button
2. Click Export and then select any advanced settings you may want.
3. Under the green text that reads “Export To” click on “File.” In this way, you can create the export and then download it to your computer.
4. The export will begin and after it is finished you’ll be able to download the file to your computer.
5. The last step is just to go to the new website, Import the file you created and saved in steps #4 and #5. Boom! You’re done. Sometimes you may need to resave your permalink structure, so make sure to check that if the website doesn’t look correct.

Hi Joseph!
Really nice of you to try to help me!
When I read your post I noticed that I left out perhaps the most important thing in my case.
I am helping a friend move here wp-site and domain to her own webhotell because the former webadmin had sold her a domain that he kept in his own hotell so she has been/is depending of him doing everything for her..
When I told here that she would be better of with having her own domain in an own hotell so she could ask help of anyone .. sha wanted me to help here move to an own hotell(web).
The issue is that I have none access to controlpanel on the site that is to be moved and I do not get everything transfered with backwpUP to dropbox..
So I need something that from the wp-admin can transfer total site to offsite..
One thing not coming with now is a function that scrolls images..
