please get in touch with your hosting provider to make sure ZipArchive is enabled. You may verify this by navigating to Elementor > System Info. Also, ensure that the resources match the recommended values: https://elementor.com/help/requirements, and pay attention to the memory limit. Try disabling all third-party plugins, and activating the Hello Elementor theme. Also, ensure that you clear all forms of cache, including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache. In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help disabling the server cache.

Please, note that the tool won’t work if the Elementor Pro is disabled, so make sure you enable it first.

I already try that. I even created a new website with no pluggin and it doesn’t work. I have multiple websites with different hosts and it doesn’t work on any.
I don’t see anywhere that I need Elementor pro to export a kit and it worked fine before with the free version. Is it new ?

if Elementor Pro is disabled, the Export tool won’t load and it will give an error message “App could not be loaded”. This behavior has been reported to our developers, and they are working on a fix. Unfortunately, we do not have any exact ETA of when the fix will be released. We will recommend you keep an eye on our changelogs at this link: https://elementor.com/help/changelog-of-elementor. The only solution at the moment is to enable Elementor Pro when using the Export Tool, until the fix is released.
