    Hello,

sometime in May, my automatic and manual backups stopped working. I always get the message “Unable to export – Cannot run export. Please refresh the page and try again”
By the elimination method I found the following:

    1. The error is caused by the wp_postmeta table.
    2. If I export the entire site and intentionally omit wp_postmeta, the export is successful. If I export only the wp_postmeta table or include this table in the overall backup, the export will end with the above error message.
    3. Apparently the error is not caused by the script run time – the wp_postmeta table is the largest size in the database, but it does not have the most rows. If I export the whole site without wp_postmeta, I can download a 2 GB file without any difficulties.

I suspect that the All-in-One WP Migration and Backup plugin doesn’t like the contents of that table.

    I use the following:
    WordPress 6.6.2
    All-in-One WP Migration 7.86
All-in-One WP Migration OneDrive Extension 1.74
All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension 2.60

Does anyone have the same problem? Do you know how I can get the full backup to work?

    Thank you very much ??
    -Petr

    Hi Petr,

Thanks for reaching out. Since you’re using the Unlimited and OneDrive Extensions, please contact our support team directly for assistance. We aren’t able to provide support for premium products on the WordPress forums.

Our support team will be happy to help you troubleshoot the issue with the wp_postmeta table and get your backup working correctly. You can reach them here: https://servmask.com/contact-support

Oh I’m in a quite similar situation. The backup fails unless the database is excluded. But I didn’t dive deep into the problem and gave up. Have you had any idea?

    Hi Yani and Gaomj,

the problem still persists, as soon as the wp_postmeta table is included in the export, the export fails.

So far I have not managed to solve the problem.

The problem persists even though I turned off the paid add-ons All-in-One WP Migration OneDrive Extension and All-in-One WP Migration Unlimited Extension.

Gaomj, do you use any of the following plugins?

    @ Reply
    Akismet Anti-spam: Spam Protection
    Broken Link Checker
    Converter for Media
    XML Sitemap Generator
    Google Authenticator
    Classic Widgets
    Classic Editor
    Lightweight Cookie Notice
    Query Monitor
    Really Simple Security
    Redirection
    Remove Category Base
    ThirstyAffiliates
    ThirstyAffiliates Pro
UberMenu 3 – The Ultimate WordPress Mega Menu
    WP Rocket
WP Rocket | Disable WP Rocket’s Emoji optimization

I don’t think the problem is with the plugins – because I use exactly the same ones in 11 other WordPress installations (different language versions of the same website) and the export works fine there.
But I need to figure out where the problem is and fix it.

    Thanks ??

So I managed to solve the problem with tech support. The problem was with AI1WM_MAX_SELECT_RECORDS.
