Export is Empty

  • In Jan 2019 I moved hosts and recently tried to export data from NewStatPress. The export “worked” but the csv file is empty except for the header row. Tried export to txt, same thing. I can see visitor data is being logged via Vists>Visitors. I’ve tried different time periods for the export –?1 day to multiple days with the same result. Suggestions?

    Hi,

    the best way to export data for moving is to create a SQL contents of table wp_statpress via phpmyadmin and then recreate it in the new host.
    With this you preserve the data.

    Could you go into newstatpress utility and see how big is your database?
