    Hello again,

Sorry to keep hounding you, but I’m about to start working on an ETL job to import data from your plugin straight into a clients accounts, and it occurred that maybe you already have an addon or something I can buy to export the data?

I can’t find one on the website, but thought I’d check first just in case.

    Thanks for your time,
    Pete

    Pete,

First: apologies for the delay in answering this, I have no idea how I missed the notification.

I’m hoping you found a solution to export the data, especially since it sounds like you needed the answer a while ago. If not…

The pro version has advanced reporting that allows for CSV and excel exports. If you want a full data dump you could use the export functionality of WordPress, although that data is fairly unusable unless you wan to spend a lot of time messing with XML.

    The other options:

    * Build a plugin that can export the data from the DB in the format you need.
    * Use a premium export plugin. I haven’t tested any against Sprout Invoices but I’ve heard good things.
    * Use the Zapier integration of the pro version.

    Hi Dan,

Thanks for the reply, it’s much cheaper for the client to buy the pro version than to pay me to reinvent the wheel.

So thanks for the reply, hopefully they’ll decide to buy it.

    Cheers,
    Pete
