In which application you are using import the iCal file?
Have checked the timezone?
Please send a live URL from your issue.

Mac OS 10.15.6, iCal 11.0

My WordPress general Setting Time zone is zone to our local area.

Under MEC Settings -> Local Time, I do NOT have “Show event time based on local time of visitor on event page” enabled (since all attendees will be local to the area and will be using the sane time as the server)

I just updated to version 5.13 and the issue still remains
