export import user & passwords

    Is it possible to export the site (domain1) and change the user and passwords before the export so when i import to (domain 2) it doesnt use the old website user & passwords please

    Anyone help with this issue please or how do i resolve the issue of not being able to access the new site as it responds with username and password are incorrect ??

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to change the user and passwords before importing the site. You will need to make these changes manually after the migration is complete on the new domain.

    Once you’ve imported the site to the new domain, you can update the user credentials in the WordPress admin panel or via the database.

    problem is Yani i cant log in, the site responds with user & password are incorrect now ive imported the old site to the new server with differing domain!

    can i use the user & password from old site to gain access with new domain ?
