    Hello,
We are creating a new website for a client (from scratch) and we needed to import/export products, orders, woocommerce users from the old website.

First we exported and imported the users, products and then tried orders. Unfortunately, there is a problem where the export of orders is paired to e.g. a product with id: 510, while in the new site this same product does not have id 510, but e.g. 7. I also tried to import using SKU, but still when I open the order on the new site it is not paired with the item.

How can I solve this situation?

    Thank you for your reply
    Robert

So now I tried the following:

    1) Install the SKU plugin on both presentations
    2) Create a new product on the old presentation and place an order for it
    3) Export the product and import it into the new presentation
    4) Export the test order and import it to the new site and use the “Assign based on SKU” option (previously also the ID option)

And still the order doesn’t map to the product… The price has been transferred in the order, but the product is not there in the list.

Do you know where could be the problem?

    Hi @robertglo,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

As per our understanding, you are having an issue with connecting the order with the products after migrating. Can you please share the CSV file you are importing via support?
