    export/import not working, I exported all the products via WooCommerce > All Products export, I confirmed all the products had been imported, then I went to Tools > Export tab. then export Groups, selected products is empty, it hasn’t assigned them to any products.

    I suspect that the product IDs have changed at the time of importing. Our plugin recognizes assigned products based on their ID. When the ID changes then the product must be assigned again.
    Please use the tool that ensures that the product ID will be unchanged during the transfer. I can recommend the free version of a plugin called Product Import Export for WooCommerce. I have just checked on the test installation and the products were transferred with their ID. The groups were also well assigned after importing with standard import tool.

    Ah yes this is the case the product IDs have changed, do you think that’s because I used woocommerce export and not wordpress export, pretty dumb that woocommerce changes the IDs.

    I am afraid that both of these methods do not guarantee that the ID will not be changed so a dedicated import plugin seems to be the best method.
