Export/Import list of product with videos

  • Exporting the product list to a xls file, there are no Videos column (there are some in the catalog). Is it possible to import a videos link? What’s the name of the column(s)?

  • Hi Pietro,

    Just because links or URL have some times have special characters for example ‘%’, and is also used in SQL query as well. It will gives an error for importing or exporting. You can still try to import product in to the Product catalogue. The best way is to start importing product with minimum necessary columns and 1 or 2 product. If it goes well, then you can start adding column in a same order as you have in product page.

    Ok, but which name I have to put for video columns?
    YouTubeVideoID1, YouTubeVideoID2, … ?
    Or Video_Images, Video_Description, Video_Title and put them in a single cell if more then one?

    Hi Pietro,

    Unfortunately, you can not specify YouTube video fields in import sheet for “Product Videos”. We have noted this as a future suggestion. We’ll look into the possibility of adding them in in a future update.
