On production (multi)site I’m having errors creating pages using gutenberg editor. 403 – invalid json. Namecheap hosting. For other content I’m using elementor and classic editor. I’ve (re)installed gutenberg only for mailpoet.

It also prevents me from creating mailpoet forms and newsletters. On attempt to save form I’m getting:

An error has happened while performing a request, the server has responded with response code 403

    .
In browser console I’m getting 403 (forbidden) for /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file.

As temporary solution I’ve transferred site to localhost environment where I can use gutenberg and created forms I want.

I’ve exported data from table wp_mailpoet_forms and imported it into production site. Form does appear on production site, but it does not appear on intended page.

Anyone has experience with transferring forms and newsletters database data? What tables should be included?

Did anyone have and solve gutenberg 403 errors on namecheap hosting?

Namecheap support whitelisted ModSecurity rules on their web-application firewall that caused Gutenberg and Mailpoet 403 errors.

Issue is solved and topic can be closed!
