Export/Import custom taxonomies?

I’ve tried using the Custom Columns code example in wc-core-functions.php as suggested by Woocommerce but with no results returned. I’ve also been using the Ultimate Brands plugin & managed to import values but for some reason cannot find a way to export & therefore no way to update the ‘product_brand’ taxonomy via CSV.
Any ideas?
