Export Import Contact Forms

Hello,
I would like to export multiple translated contactforms from 1 site(wp 3.7) to another site (wp.3.9).
When i copy your great contact form 7 plugin it wil not copy/clone the forms.
Any idea if this is possible and how to export/import the different contactforms?Thank you.
