Export / Import Add-on

I need to export a Quiz from one site and import it into another.

I know there is a premium plugin, and I am willing to buy, but have a few questions.

1) Will I need to buy two copies, one for the import site and one for the export? Or can I simply deactivate after export and use the same purchased version on the import site? Keep in mind this is a one-time thing, and do not need to retain the plugin on the old site.

2) Do purchased add-ons work with the free QSM plugin? Or do they only work with the premium version?
