Export – Import
-
Several days ago, I was choosing a GDPR plugin for my website to replace the previous one that wasn’t working properly without any support. I came across your plugin, but since I use a test local environment, I conducted tests, set up the style, configured settings, and everything looked great. However, I didn’t notice that the settings export function only works as export, and the import feature is paid. Essentially, I don’t need paid features. Today, I’m stuck with a plugin that I can’t transfer to my web server because it’s essentially paid. I can’t do anything, and I don’t have the desire to reconfigure everything again because it’s time-consuming. My settings were perfectly configured before I could transfer them to the server, but the attempt to transfer them via the database deleted everything, and now I’m left only with a JSON file that cannot be imported because it’s paid. It’s strange, of course, such an approach because not everyone can immediately add and configure the plugin on the server, especially without tests, and here’s some kind of double approach, like install first and then pay. Very disappointed. Although the plugin is really good. And the free version was enough for me.
