    Hi,
I am in the process of configuring the plugin (not easy for a french ^^)
I wanted to test the export of a member. Everything works very well, however by opening the csv, I realize that the “user_pass” field doesn’t correspond to the password that I entered when creating the member!
For example, the initial password is a simple series of numbers but in the csv file I find a series of numbers, special characters, letters for the same member!
    Is this normal?

    Regards

    Hello

sorry for the delay in reply.

Regarding French language, we are sorry we do not have translation available. We do not know French language. However we always welcome our customers to provide translated language if they can.

When you export users, you will see hashed password in CSV for the security purpose. It will not plain password which user has entered it.

When you import that CSV to the ARMember, it will give you selection that whether your password is hashed or plain and based on that users will be imported to the system. So do not worry about the passwords in CSV.

    Thanks,

    Thank you for your reply.
One last little question regarding member imports.
If I have already imported a list of members and I want to import a second one a short time later, will the second import overwrite the members already in the database or will new additions be added?

    Thanks

    Hello,

It will not overwrite existing members. If you import another CSV and if it contains duplicate users (duplicate email address/ username), it will simply skip those users and add rest of the members to the website.

    Thanks,
