export from wp.org localhost to wp.com

Goodmorning everyone,

I am writing to ask how can I move wp from my localhost to free wordpress.com server?

I am just playing with wp for the first time in my life.
I have adjusted theme 2012 to my demands – logo above menu, other footage, content and images – by means of wamp.
Before I will put it on paid server I want to show how it looks on free wordpress.com server.
Is there any possibility?
I saw instruction how to export wp.org – tools > export – that is clear. But I cannot find import tool on wp.com.
Would u be so kind to provide me clear instructions?
