  • use phpmyadmin and export all of you wp_fm_* tables and import them to the new site after you install the extension. you’ll probably have to drop the tables on the new site first.

I have attempted this but unfortunately, I am getting the following:

    export.php: Missing parameter: whatDocumentation
    export.php: Missing parameter: export_typeDocumentation

My User’s are also not exporting…do you know how/why or a fix for this? Something corrupted the database and I am in a bit of a panic and not wanting to have to manually enter this information again.

    Thanks again

Sounds like your phpMyAdmin is fubar’d. I’d upload the newest version and set it up and access it that way, not the cPanel way.

Ok I managed to go back a version of WP and get my forms fixed… now have a valid copy of the data and the structure in MyPHP however, when going to the dashboard of the new website, it doesn’t pick up the other 15 or so forms that I have in there. Meaning, it only shows the form that I created by hand and not the ones that were imported into the sql. Any ideas on how to rectify this? (And yes verified that all data and structure is there.)

    Thanks!

Well it seems there is a huge FUBAR on my database… thanks again for all the help… I have to recreate my forms…
