Export file: modified encoding to UTF-8

    My website is in Arabic
    I noticed when I export a csv file. Some fields written in the Arabic language appear with incomprehensible symbols, for example (??????????????), and I know that it is an encoding problem specific to the file.
    I know all fields must be encoded in UTF-8 but I don’t know how to do this
    Do I have to manually modify the code of the export file. Or is there a solution, please answer
    If the adjustment is manual. Where should I add UTF-8 encoding?

    This could be because of export from database does not support UTF8 on your host. Please contact your hoster support team explaining the issue.
