Export fails with WordPress6.4 Beta1

When exporting with WordPress6.4 Beta1, the following error log is recorded and the export fails.

• I did a fresh install using IntaWP.
• In the latest stable version of WordPress 6.3.1, the export is successful.
• Export fails when upgrading to WordPress 6.4 Beta1 with Beta Tester plugin.
