    Hi Mike,

    1.
It would be useful to be able to Export the Events in CSV format. I have looked at how you have stored the data in PhpMyAdmin and you seem to be using a custom post type so its not really plausible to Export it from there in any meaningful sense.

    2.
It is possible to add lots of ‘Sources’, but it is not possible to Report on this field in anyway so I cannot see for example how many quotes arrive via any of the Sources I can specify, e.g. Facebook, Website, a named Wedding Fayre etc etc.

    Hi Rikki,

    1. Not sure how much call there is to be able to do this. What would the data be used for?

    2. Reporting is still an outstanding feature that is currently in progress. Keen to get this done, but do not have a timeframe for release yet.

    1. Being able to Export clearly allows Data to be brought into a whole range of third-party applications including Excel/Libreoffice. Thinking of the financial information containing in the MDJM DB, being able to tick a selection of (rows of) Events is clearly desirable and can be used in a range of applications.

    2. Any reporting that you do implement can satisfy some of the above, but clearly being able to Filter, Sort and Manipulate will go beyond the scope of MDJM.

I see there are other things on the horizon, ‘coming soon’ on the Communication template page, storing a clients birthday currently unused, the Marketing info checkbox. On the later some integration with Mailpoet would be most welcome – there are others I am sure you are aware of.

All good work Mike so far, I love what you have done, just needs some refinements and this will be a hot plug-in.

I will add the export to our feature request list.

For integrations with other plugins and/or services, someone would need to develop an extension to our plugin as I would not include such code in the core plugin.

Thanks for your comments, much appreciated

Closing this case as the the export feature request is being tracked on GitHub and the request to track sources is already in progress. Most popular already being reported within the widget on the WordPress dashboard.
Further reporting will be available in v1.4 which is in progress
