    What might be the problem to solve when getting “export error” when trying to make an export in wp all export?

    I downloaded the plugin (free version) about a year ago, but it didn’t do the job for me so I deleted it. Now I wanted to give it another try so I downloaded it again. It seemed like the old settings still was kept in the plugin, since an old template I had used appeared. I deleted the template since I didn’t want it.

    I then chose New export – woocommerce products and it says ”
    3230 Produkter will be exported
    Continue to configure and run your export.”

    When using the migrate-button an export starts, but after aboute two minutes I get “export error”
    When using the customize-button I’m transferred to the customize-page where I can choose some settings, but then nothing at all happens when I click the continue-button. After a minute or so it says “An unknown error occured”.

    I have no clue what to look for or where. Does anybody know?

    It sounds like you’re running into server timeouts/limitations.

    First, you should try lowering the records per iteration in the export settings: https://i.imgur.com/PGs2cbB.png. If that doesn’t work, then you’ll need to contact your web host and ask them to check your server error logs – they should be able to find the error and adjust the appropriate settings.

    If they find any errors that are related to our plugin but do not indicate a server timeout/limitation, please open a ticket about the issue at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ so that we can have a look.
